The before and after visit communication from RISE was outstanding. The RISE office reached out to move up our appointment at our convenience when an opening occurred. We didn't request this, but accepted the opportunity. Steve the owner and technician arrived early, was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He immediately diagnosed our sink/garbage disposal issue, repaired it for a very reasonable cost and answered all our questions. I've been really impressed with Steve both times he's come out. He installed a new boiler and completely reworked all the connections in the tiny little space.
